Required Documents for Enrollment

  • Fill out the online or in-person application form

  • A valid driver’s license, state ID, or passport for identity verification.

  • One of the following:

    • High school diploma

    • GED certificate

    • College transcripts (if applicable)

  • Required for student records and certification purposes.

  • A utility bill, lease agreement, or bank statement for students applying for financial aid.

  • Some courses may require a basic physical or TB test for safety purposes.

  • Students must either:

    • Pay tuition in full OR

    • Enroll in a payment plan (financial aid options may be available).
